The answer to this question is yes, but this may be a bit premature
unless you people have made more progress than I am aware of.

Power2People makes reference to the systems being self supporting.
To me this means that the software distribution/installation/support
system is the same architecture/distribution as the individual
client machines.  So those decisions have to be made first.  I think
the hardware search (for lowest cost which meets criteria) must be
done before we start with other things.  And, of course, the criteria
has to be finalized before that can be done.  The criteria and
team organizations are what we need now, first.
