[Csci3353] Change in project presentation time

Ok class, here is what I would like to do.  I think we can begin our
presentations at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday and have Steven do his
presentation last.  The timing should work out ok and I will be
able to make my other committment at 6:30 p.m.  I appreciated,
very much, your accomodation of this change.
